how to shop
Our website is designed with busy mums in mind. There are two easy ways to
shop:
1. Using Quickshop
If you have a catalogue and/or know the style number you wish to order,
simply enter the desired style number into the Style Box (located on
right-hand-side of each page) and click 'GO'. A description and
availability of the style will then appear.
2. Using point and click shopping from our favourite looks
departments.
If using point & click shopping, simply select the department from which you
wish to order, by clicking on the appropriate icon at the top of the page.
Choose from:
Baby Patch:
for the new addition to the family catering for newborns up to 18 months.
Baby basics (prem to 6 months)
Unisex (newborn to 18 months)
Baby girls (newborn to 18 months)
Baby boys (newborn to 18 months)
Kids Patch:
Little girls (6 months to 4 years)
Little boys (6 months to 4 years)
Girlswear (5 - 11 years)
Boyswear (5 - 11 years)
Girls favourites and denim (all ages)
Boys favourites and denim (all ages)
Sleepwear/underwear:
sweet dreams with our all ages Sleepwear and comfort with our all-cotton
Underwear.
Rainwear or swimwear:
depends on the season, suitable for all ages
Patch Extras:
Accessories - designed to complement our clothing ranges (hats,
belts, bags, etc),
Footwear
Maternity
- the latest fashion for 'mums to be'
Urban Angel
- fashion mini-brand for pre and early teen girls
E-Sale
- a range of on-line clearance specials.
Once you have selected your desired department, a range of images will appear
on the left-hand side of the page. Scroll down until you see what you like
and click on the image you wish to view more of. The styles that are pictured
in the image will then display down the right hand frame. Just click on the
image to see it enlarged.
The colours and sizes that are in stock will appear in the colour/size drop
down box. If your desired colour and size is available you can select the
item and then click on 'add to shopping list'. When there
are colours and sizes not in stock but are coming on a later delivery or sold
out a message will display to indicate this.
You can only place such an item on back order by phoning our customer care
department.

Sizing Guide.
You can view your shopping list at any time by clicking on
'Go to Check-out' within the buying departments. Or click on
'shopping list'. Your shopping list displays the current
price and description of the items you have selected. These items can be
deleted and/or amended to a different colour/size or quantity at any time from
this shopping list.
If you do not wish to submit your order right away you can return at any time
and, if the items have not sold out, they will still appear in your shopping
list. Once you have made all your selections you can simply submit your order
by clicking on 'go to checkout'.
Once at the delivery details page you must fill in all required fields
indicated with an asterisk *. Alternatively if you have previously registered
then sign in and most fields will pre-populate for your ease of use.
Then click 'continue' to enter your payment details.
When completed, click on 'buy now' and you will receive an
on-screen order confirmation.
As long as your email details have been entered correctly, this will be
followed up an automated email providing you with your order number and items
ordered.
Credit cards are not charged until the time of despatch.
